Styling & Sizing
What is seamless and hardware-free?
It means there is no visible elastic band on the suit and nothing digging into your skin. Our suits are double fabric lined and sit on your body like a second skin.
Do any of your tops have padding?
The Bliss, Moxie, Ripped, Lagoon and Joy tops are padded and the Sharp, Saltish, Salty and Shade tops have a removable padding.
Removable straps are provided with the Bliss, Moxie and Ripped tops.
What are your products made out of?
All our swimsuits are made with sustainable and environmentally friendly fabrics made out of a nylon and spandex blend, unless otherwise noted.
Where are your items designed and manufactured?
Tuhkana Swimwear products are proudly designed in the United States and happily manufactured in Brazil. Tuhkana Swimwear only works with partners who share our values and believe in ethical production.
I wear a different size for top and bottom, can I order different sizes?
Absolutely. We know all women have different body shapes and sizes, which is why we sell all our tops and bottoms separately, so they can be mixed and matched for the perfect fit.
I am not sure what size to order, can you help?
Please spend a few moments looking at our Size Guide to make sure that you order the size that is best for you. If you are still unsure, our Customer Love team is happy to help suggest a size to you, just give us a shout at email@example.com, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.
Do you have any tips to care for my Tuhkana Swimwear products?
Once you have a Tuhkana suit, you definitely want to take good care of it to maintain the high quality. To do so, hand wash in cold water and use a mild detergent. No bleach. Lay flat in shade to dry. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.

Absolutely. We ship all over the world!
Where are you located?
Our main offices are located in Chicago, Illinois and Lisbon, Portugal.
When will my order arrive?
We generally deliver all orders within 3-7 working days.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Tuhkana Swimwear.
If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information!
What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
What is your exchange and return policy?

I placed an order using a discount code, can I return my item if it doesn't fit?
All orders purchased with a discount code are final sale and can't be exchanged or returned. We recommend knowing your Tuhkana Swimwear size before you order on a sale so you will be happy with your suit.
How do I organize a return?
Simply email email@example.com and we will give you all the details you need.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Where do I send my return to?
Our warehouses are located in the United States and Portugal. We will provide you with the full address once we process your return or exchange request.
Are returns free?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Tuhkana Swimwear for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again.
How long does it take for my exchange / refund to be processed?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number.
The item I am looking for is out of stock, what can I do?
Some of our styles/colors are more popular and sell out faster. We will make sure to update stock at our best ability for your convenience. Keep checking! You can also e-mail us with the style and color you are interested in and we can check if we still have stock.
When will you have a sale?
